Missing Product: If an item is missing from your order, you must report it within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged Product: If the product is received in a damaged condition and is not usable, a refund may be processed after verification. Please ensure that you provide adequate proof, such as clear images showing the damage.
Used Products: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Our support team will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days with the next steps.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
In case of a refund, the final decision rests with Colors Mart.
Refunds will only be issued for the specific product(s) that qualify under our refund policy. Other items in the order will remain non-refundable.
If a product is damaged, you may choose to receive a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability.
The replacement process may take 7-14 business days, depending on stock availability and shipping time.
We do not accept returns for reasons other than missing or damaged products.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Refunds or replacements will not be issued if an incorrect address is provided during checkout.
Items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for refunds.
